Actor Hector David Rivera of the Power Rangers pleaded guilty to misdemeanor violence with the July attack on a man who was using a walker in a parking lot in Nampa, Idaho.
According to court documents obtained by the journal, a judge sentenced David Jr. to 180 days in prison with a 135-day suspension, meaning he will serve 45 days.

During a parking conflict in Nampa, Idaho, in July 2024, Rivera assaulted an elderly man who was using a walker. A dashboard camera captured the confrontation, showing Rivera pushing the man to the ground, pointing aggressively at the elderly man, and then hopping into his car.
Station reports say, ‘After pushing the man down, the suspect left him on the ground and drove away in a raised-up black 4-door truck with a Texas license plate.’
Who is Hector David Rivera?
American actor and martial artist Hector David Jr. is most recognized for his portrayal of Mike, the Green Ranger, in the 2011–2012 television series Power Rangers Samurai.
He stood out in the series thanks to his performance, which fused humorous charm with martial arts prowess.
In addition to playing the green ranger from 2011 to 2015, he appeared in the TV series The Dead Diaries, the short film Shadow Wars, and the 26-episode series East Los High in 2013.
