Saif Ali Khan Stabbed During Robbery Attempt , Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan suffered injuries during a robbery attempt at his Bandra, Mumbai residence early Thursday morning. Reports state that an unidentified intruder entered the house around 2:30 am and attacked Saif with a sharp object. The incident occurred when Saif tried to stop a scuffle between the intruder and his maid. The intruder fled when other family members woke up.

Doctors at Lilavati Hospital treated Saif for six injuries, including two deep wounds and one near his spine. A medical team led by Neurosurgeon Dr. Nitin Dange, Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Leena Jain, and Anaesthetist Dr. Nisha Gandhi performed surgery on him.
Police comment
A senior IPS officer confirmed the incident and said “Saif Ali Khan has been admitted to the Lilavati hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. It is not clear yet, if he is stabbed or injured in the scuffle with the robber. We have been investigating the matter. The Mumbai crime branch is also conducting a parallel investigation into the incident.”

The Bandra police launched an investigation and began registering an FIR. Multiple police teams are working to track down the culprit, while the Mumbai crime branch conducts a parallel probe.
Saif’s wife Kareena Kapoor and their sons Taimur and Jeh were at home during the incident. The police are still determining the motive and whether the intruder stole any items.
