Atlantis The Royal: One of the most expensive hotels in the World

Atlantis the Royal Dubai opened in January 2023 and dethroned Palms Casino Resort as the most expensive hotel room in the world.

Atlantis President Timothy Kelly tells AD, “We wanted something to be very elegant, very grand, very rich; something that is universally appealing” when designing the record-breaking lodgings.”

The Story of Atlantis , the Royal Dubai

Atlantis The Royal Dubai set out to redefine luxury and provide unmatched experiences, establishing itself as a benchmark in ultra-luxury hospitality.

The builders took nearly eight years of careful planning and construction to complete the hotel, which sits on the crescent of Dubai’s famous Palm Jumeirah and blends modern architecture with classic beauty.

The renowned architectural company Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates produced the design, combining earth, fire, and water components in a remarkably modern way.

The hotel has 795 rooms, including 44 suites and famous penthouses like the Royal Mansion, which costs £80,000 a night and is the most expensive hotel accommodation in the world.

The hotel was finally inaugurated in January 2023, featuring widely famous celebrities like Beyoncé, who performed at the grand launch.

Breaking Records in Luxury

The Atlantis Royal Mansion Spread over two stories, the Royal Dubai, developed by the famous GA Group, is the epitome of luxury.

Four bedrooms, a large living space, a dining room, a fully functional kitchen, a bar and game area, and an office are all included in the suite. A 5,124-square-foot deck with an infinity pool adds to the opulence.

In contrast to conventional penthouses situated atop buildings, this masterpiece defies convention.

With its distinctive location on the 18th and 19th floors of the hotel’s sky bridge, the suite offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai, and the Burj Khalifa from every angle.

In order to give visitors staying in the Royal Mansion individualized experiences, the hotel staff at Atlantis The Royal Dubai goes above and beyond.

“We have private trainers and gym staff available as well, and we can create a pop-up gym in the space,” Kelly said. Flexibility is essential; the area can be converted into a massage room or another use if a visitor doesn’t need an office.

She continues, “We’re able to mix and match as needed to really meet a lot of our guest’s needs.”

High-level securities to high-profile guests

Privacy and security are top priorities in the Royal Mansion, as essential as the luxurious beds and bathrooms themselves.

As the high-profile guests, especially celebrities, want to enjoy their private time without being too visible in public, as the president of the hotel explains.

To ensure discretion , the suite includes a private elevator from the basement, allowing high-profile visitors to reach their room without attracting attention.

Additionally, the private kitchen enables chefs from the resort’s renowned celebrity restaurants to create customized menus that guests can savor in the comfort and exclusivity of their own space.
